ARRIVE IN SEDONA

We recommend arriving by early afternoon to allow time to get to Sedona, check in, and get ready for the welcome reception. Phoenix (PHX) or Flagstaff (FLG) airports will be most convenient for your travel needs. Please note: both airports are driving distance to Sedona (about 2 hours from Phoenix and 40 minutes from Flagstaff). As you won’t need a car during your stay, we suggest arranging a private transfer service in advance. Additional travel details are provided below.

Enchantment Resort offers a wide range of experiences, from red rock hiking trails and mountain biking to spa treatments and wellness activities. You're welcome to spend the day however you’d like, we’ve highlighted some of the resort’s offerings in the section below.

We recommend flying into Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) or Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

AIRPORT TRANSFER AND CAR SERVICE

All wedding weekend events will take place on property at Enchantment, so renting a car is not necessary unless you plan to explore the area on your own.

Rooms at Enchantment Resort are provided for our guests on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening. Please do not contact the resort directly - a room is already being held for you, and you'll have the opportunity to extend your stay if you choose.

Our concierge will reach out to you to finalize your room details after you submit your RSVP. To extend your stay beyond Thursday-Sunday or for any changes to an existing reservation, please reach out to team@emilycoyneevents.com.

SHOULD I RENT A CAR?

No, you do not need to rent a car, as all of the weekend’s events will take place on-site at Enchantment Resort. However, you're welcome to rent a car if you'd like to explore Sedona during your stay.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

Weather in Sedona is typically mild and sunny in late March, with daytime highs in the mid-60s to low 70s. Evenings can be cool, often dipping into the mid-40s. We recommend packing layers and bringing a jacket for outdoor activities and evening events.
